1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jiljee online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jiljee.com ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all users, whether registered or unregistered, who access any part of the Platform.

By accessing jiljee, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing jiljee on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use jiljee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jiljee, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from jiljee or any affiliated platform;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement.

jiljee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jiljee services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on jiljee. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jiljee immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. jiljee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

jiljee reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where jiljee has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jiljee supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jiljee account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jiljee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier section;
• jiljee reserves the right to process withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe, typically within one (1) to five (5) business days depending on the payment method selected;
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed;
• jiljee reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

All funds deposited into your jiljee account are held for the purpose of gaming only. jiljee does not pay interest on account balances. Funds that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the cashier section.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jiljee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jiljee promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• jiljee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of system errors, will be voided and the associated account may be closed;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jiljee are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by professional dealers in real-time. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any player action or jiljee intervention.

By participating in any game on jiljee, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as displayed within the game interface and the jiljee help section;
• jiljee's decision on the outcome of any game is final and binding;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, jiljee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account;
• You will not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Winnings generated through the exploitation of software errors or malfunctions are not valid and will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiljee. Any player found to be engaging in any of the activities listed below will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure of their account and forfeiture of any balance held therein:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jiljee Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiljee staff or other players through any communication channel.

jiljee cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

jiljee is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

By using jiljee, you acknowledge that:

• You are gaming voluntarily and for entertainment purposes;
• You will not chase losses or wager amounts beyond your personal financial means;
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform if you feel your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic;
• jiljee reserves the right to impose limits on your account or initiate a mandatory cooling-off period if it identifies patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behaviour.

9 Privacy & Data

jiljee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which jiljee handles your personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on jiljee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data, subject to jiljee's legal obligations to retain certain records under applicable law.

jiljee will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiljee Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of jiljee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jiljee;
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of jiljee's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiljee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions in service;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jiljee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiljee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

You may close your jiljee account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

jiljee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• jiljee has reason to believe that your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• jiljee is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jiljee reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jiljee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jiljee informally by contacting our customer support team. jiljee will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jiljee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiljee will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jiljee following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
